Description
PVC foamed board is a new model board of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong intensity,and it can be processed like wood board. PVC foamed boards are widely used in fields of advertises lettering,construction,decoration,windows and doors of furniture,etc.
This production line is also capable of extruding PVC board and sheet of mono-layer and multilayer as well as large PVC leather for floor. And PVC foamed board has the advantages as below:
Foamed U-PVC product series is an environment-friendly product, which is lightweight, fire retardant, acid and alkali resistant, and high rigidity. It has characteristics of sound insulation, anti-deformation, waterproof, thermal insulation and etc. Due to its smooth surface, Foamed U-PVC boards are ideal and widely used for screen printing in the sign business. Because of its hard surface and good process ability, it is also an ideal replacement for timber, aluminum, veneer, and even steel board.
